Waiting times

Dear Valued Customer, 

We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding our current waiting times.

Due to the busy sales season and our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of our service, we are currently experiencing longer waiting times for collection orders. We are in the process of testing new systems and making improvements to our operations, which may temporarily affect the speed of order processing and collection.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Please expect a minimum wait up to an hour when placing an order at our reception.
- To help reduce your wait time, we encourage you to complete your order online and wait at least one hour before arriving to collect it from our warehouse.
- Depending on the size of the order, waiting times may vary. For example, orders with 20 or more items will take longer to process.
- Mondays are our busiest days, so please be prepared for potentially longer wait times if collecting on this day.
- Orders placed close to our closing time at 5:00PM may also experience slight delays.
 
While our warehouse undergoes these essential changes, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we work to improve our systems and better serve you.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your continued support. We will keep you updated and notify you if there are any further changes to our waiting times.
